The ELI™ Assessment makes the invisible visible. It is a mirror that reflects back to you all your filters. It is a snapshot of how your attitude and resulting behaviors keep you static, move you forward, or at worse, pull you back.

The ELI™ Assessment not only lays out how things are today, but also how things could be.  It allows you to shift away from “auto-pilot” mode to being more conscious about your attitude and how it serves you at any given moment. You get to choose how and where you invest your energy to best support the priorities in your world.

The ELI™ Assessment can be given as part of the coaching engagement or as a stand-alone tool to develop insight and awareness. 

It takes around 20 minutes to complete and then we will have a 90-minute personalized debrief.

ELI™ Assessment Stages

  • Connection Call

    We start with a complimentary connection call to get to know each other. On the connection call, we will discuss what you’ll get out of completing the ELI™ Assessment, next steps, and answer any questions you may have.

  • ELI™ Assessment

    After our connection call, you’ll receive access to the ELI™ Assessment. The assessment takes around 20 minutes to complete. Once you’ve finished, the results are analyzed and I create your personalized debrief. The transition towards radical change starts here.

  • Personalized Debrief

    The Personalized Debrief call is held after I receive your ELI™ Assessment results. The debrief takes around 90 minutes. We will discuss your results in detail and how you can move forward from there.
